Multiple videos play simultaneously. Very annoying.

This app is downloaded on my tv and iPhone. It constantly shuts itself out (goes to screensaver) after about 4 minutes. If you try to maximize the screen it many times takes multiple times to get it to work without pausing the video. If you don’t specifically hit the exit app button it can continue to play even when my smart tv is off. Just a horrible experience

The app is clunky, slow and generally awful. I hate that it auto plays videos on the top bar, even after changing the settings to “never auto play”. There are way too many ads that cause it to run slowly. It’s just not a good app. For as long as WSB-TV has been broadcasting, and for as much money as it must bring in, this app is a poor showing of what can be possible. Please, please update it!!!

Something is going on with the app. Anytime I click on a notification lately, I get an “Error” The server with the specified hostname could not be found.

The app is always freezing, restarting, echoing….. it is SO frustrating!!!!

All news tends to be bad news! Maybe good news will bread more good, Godly news! Why not try more good news & things!!! I’ve watched channel 2 news most of my 75 years!!

You get a news notification that you want to read. You click on the notification and it doesn’t always take you straight to the article. Not going to waste time searching for it.

I’ve had the app for a couple years now and experience the same issues regardless of the version. If I click on a notification for an article as soon as it’s presented to me, the app won’t actually go to the article. Video audio from one video will play over another as well. You’ll need to restart the app to actually get to what you want.

About 90% of the time when a notification pops up about a story and you click on it, the story is nowhere to be found

I absolutely loathe how this app auto plays videos even if you have it set to NEVER. I want to READ my news. Some of us are still capable of doing that.

I have several ATL news apps but WSB is the worst. The stories are stale & full of spelling & grammatical issues. The stories under “Trending” always display at least 3 sports stories out of a total of 5 even though there is a sports heading too. Maybe if you’re a sports fan that likes stale news then you’ll like the app. Otherwise don’t even bother.

Extremely Prejudice against conservatives, never buy anything they advertise and remember hunters laptop !

Could be better better than nothing

On my iPhone, when I click open on an article notification, 80% of the time the article doesn’t appear on the app. I go to the menu and choose local news and the article is not there either. Maybe it’s my phone but this has happened for quite a while. If I respond to a notification timely, then the article should be there. That scenario works for every other news app I have.

Pls hire a tech team to revamp the app and website! Both are insultingly awful!

I don’t watch local news every day but when I need local news, WSB is who I always turn to first.

Just get a spinning circle. If I can’t get to the news, why would I keep the app. Deleting for a second time. Sweet Update You Morons!!

Liberal slanted news. You no longer give the entire story, instead it’s slanted to only give the liberal side and whatever fits your agenda. Journalism should be telling and giving us the entire story and not just benefiting the left. People are seeing this and tuning you out along with NBC & CBS.

Broken link alerts 95% of the time. The video player at top of articles, is always playing in the background, even with app closed. Deleted from use due to these issues.

I solely depend on WSB for my daily news

Every time I open the app, it stalls on the screen that says “WSB-TV Coverage You Can Count On”. But no we can’t cuz it stalls and you have to close and reopen every time.

This was my go to APP to keep up with the local news. I find it difficult to even read content because there are so many pop up adds. The videos of other news automatically play even if I opt not to play them. I scored 5 stars before now I give it 1 star. The app seems to have bugs that need to be fixed.

The poor victim story gets really old.

I always rely on WSB-TV for my news first thing in the morning and at 6pm news. If am at home during the day, I also tune in to the midday news. This has been my go-to news channel for as long as I’ve been living in Georgia . You guys keeps me updated on everything that’s happening in and around Georgia. Thank you WSB- TV

WSB is the news source I turn to for local up-to-date news. Unfortunately, the on-line app is so full of ads, I cannot read the entire article. Either the ads block the text or freeze the screen. In some cases the entire article goes blank because of scrolling ads. Please improve the app!

The app is so slow and the ads are incessant. No point in focusing on getting news delivered to people, I guess. Good thing there are so many other options.

1st complaint is, whenever I receive a news alert on the banner at the top of my screen…I will click on the banner expecting to be able to read the story but the app never takes me to the story. I always end up at the app homepage and always have a hard time finding the story from the banner. 2nd complaint is, multiple videos of new stories playing at the time and not being able to find a way to stop both videos from playing. I usually have to shut the app down and start over…very frustrating. Can someone please figure out the glitches in this app. I’m at a point where I’m going to delete and download a competitors app. Come on WSB!!!!

It’s disappointing to see the lack of attention and resources that have left this app to flounder. I rely on WSB TV coverage and trust the source. But it is maddening to get Breaking News Alerts that lead…. NO WHERE. The links are always broken, the video playback is a mess and I can never find stories that I need or that I receive a push notification about. It would honestly be preferable if you just sunset the app.

Ads and the app is a little buggy when it comes to playing videos.

It’s been about 2 months now and this app starts playing the video even when the app has been closed out. It’s annoying and makes me want to delete the app all together.

I use this app on my Apple TV and I have been experiencing visual-audio delays when it cuts from commercial to the live streams. The fix is to restart the app but I’m doing it every so often.

Terrible app

You have good reporting but both your stories and some reporting have a definite bias. You tend to not ask the tough questions of the people you politically align with.

The app does not rotate with my iPad which is frustrating

Each time I open the app, two different videos start playing. I’m able to find one video at top and stop it, but other video can’t be found, nor stopped. Also, when I click on notification of news story, it doesn’t appear when the app opens. Also.. ads, ads, ads!!! This app has gone from great to good to horrible.

I enjoy it but some news events stay on line for weeks. Needs better updating.

I can’t read a story for more than 2 minutes without the app crashing. The devs behind this app need to be let go

We always watch Brad and the rest of the weather team to keep us informed regarding any bad weather, we love him, he’s excellent!

Where’s the info on the weather?????? We deserve to hear from , I can’t remember his name, the weather guy until all the threats of tornadoes have passed! He gives us tornado warnings for our area until 3:00am and then just leaves us hanging with no more info!!!!! OH LORDY I MISS GLEN BURNS SO MUCH AND HE WOULDN’T LEAVE US LIKE THIS. TIME TO CHANGE NETWORKS !

Invariably the national news will be almost completely sports, which actually has its own category.
