Trying to watch tonight from my phone, i use to be able to watch prerecorded version of 6 pm news. Now, a frozen screen

When you open this app nothing is there.

Your app is not refreshing. Click on app support and it does not link to app support. Geez, going to delete.

I wouldnt give it any stars but I had to just to write this review! This used to be a great app but not anymore its Broke! Fix it, its been broke for months! Fix it NOW!

Stable on iOS 9.1 -- doesnt take up that much space, videos play nicely & you are always kept up to date regarding the latest breaking news. Definitely a reliable source for the latest news.

The app freezes up. When you want to look at the forecast, well just forget that too. It doesnt show one. This app is not worth me even opening. So deleting it will be best for now. Complete waste of time

For some time, the Top Stories tab is not populated , just stays blank. Version is up to date. Thot issue might be iOS 9 related but dont know. If fix not forthcoming soon, will delete. Just fix it and Ill give u 5 stars.

While watching the live feed it does not have sound and you cannot hear what anyone is saying. Ive tried going into settings and theres nothing that will help

Why do you force users to upgrade? If we choose not to then the app can no longer be used, so goodbye app! There are others to choose from.

This is a great app when on the go... But I wish it could cast to the tv with my google chromecast. Only then I will rate it a five star for an amazing app!

There is no sound when I play a video - iPhone 6

I have been a loyal WSB TV viewer for 20 years, but I dont understand why they created this app without investing in actual writers. Details are often confusing or vague regardless of how old the story is, and the spelling and grammar errors should be embarrassing to Cox/WSB. Theyll have to step up and invest in this outlet if they intend to stay relevant

I got a blank page, even after I reinstalled the app. I cant find app support to report the issue.

Pretty slick app with the ability to watch the newscast live. The only real complaint would be the excessive "alerts" that are pushed. (But that is probably more an issue with the WSBTV Social Media Team). I like to be notified of real "breaking news" but some of whats sent is pretty irrelevant. It would be nice to be able to select "Alert Types". Otherwise, good job to the developers.

iPhone6+ I love the push notifications regarding current stories, but every time I "swipe to open in app" the app crashes. Very frustrating. Please fix!

The newest version of this app still has unfixed major issues as documented by other users. Use your iPhone / iPad web browser and go to wsbtv.com still is the best way to go. That in itself can be a pain with the new website design (the old one was fine so why change it sheesh) but its the only workaround until their app designer(s) hopefully resolve the issues.

The app was updated twice yesterday (4/16/16) & neither one fixed the (not) scrolling problem. Keep trying, guys! Please! Up until the newest update, this was a great app. A lifelong Atl resident & WSB viewer (& WSB radio listener - RIP Captn Herb!) I was excited to find their app over a year ago. Until recently, the only glitch was that it would occasionally bring up a different video than what was selected. No big deal - it was very easy to read the story or find the video in the VIDEOS section. However, now it is really terrible. In portrait mode, you are unable to scroll through the written story - you can only read what is on the screen. In landscape mode, you can scroll through if you are VERY careful. If you touch the wrong spot to scroll, the side menu takes over half the screen and your only option is to return to HOME via the menu and try again. If video is available, watching seems to work, but it does pull up the wrong story pretty often. The new update also eliminated the separate sections on the HOME page for NATIONAL NEWS, SPORTS and INTERESTING TOPICS. There is now only 1 section for HEADLINES similar to the FOX5 App. WSB used to be my go-to app over FOX5 for this very reason - I enjoyed being to see the frequently updated NATIONAL NEWS stories without switching pages or apps. Now those separate sections arent even available from the invasive side menu. Please take this app back to the old version! It was so much better! Until its changed for the better, Ill be using the FOX5 app.

As if there werent enough commercials during the broadcast, you went and added a FORCED commercial when you press the "watch live" button. Then it crashes. I guess Ill have to see how the channel 11 app works.
